Easy, inexpensive, and you get exactly what you pay for. Simple! Use it!

Easy in and out, and texting support. Loved it to go to the Morgan Museum in NYC on Super Bowl Sunday.

Very easy to use, and saves money on parking. Saves time too so you arent driving around trying to find a lot.

App is easy to use, pricing for parking is great, many times there are coupons and $ and % off which make an even better deal. If there is a problem you can get help right away (I used email and was answered almost immediately). But there is no way to extend the time in the app or web site and therefore i rate it at only 4 stars.

Forget the train or path. This app makes parking in the city super easy. The best.

Found a parking lot very close to where I needed to be and much more reasonable than the posted rates at the garage. Nice to charge to the card ahead of time too.

Some bad moments

This app sounded amazing until I downloaded it and the last two times I used it the barcode did not work. I called them telling them that I had to pay for it and they said they would give me my money back, but they do not.

Will not refund your money or credit your account with them if you try to cancel 1 minute past reservation time. They will on the first time, but after that, they will not issue. I feel cheated for paying for services that werent needed or rendered. Especially since there have been times where Ive made reservations and was not allowed in the parking garage due to them having no space. Whats the point in making a reservation then? Park Whiz is a total rip off. Use SpotHero instead. Never had any issues with them.

I have used this location many times great place to park for downtown shopping and events!

Every time we go into the city (Chicago), I turn to ParkWhiz to find a spot quickly, easily, and affordably. Using the ParkWhiz app takes all the stress out of finding the right garage and guessing at what parking might cost. This app is a MUST HAVE for visiting a metro area!

Parkwhiz is amazing! It makes it so easy to find parking in Chicago and is ALWAYS cheaper than finding parking on my own!

Followed the directions to exit garage and attendant wouldnt answer call from kiosk nor was one present on sight! It looked like a clever way to have me pay twice to get out!! Called the support line automated message saying no one available leave a message which I did no call back now Im held against my will in a garage with no support to exit!!
