Customer service is very poor. At 4pm they were already not able to answer your call. Claimed theyll call you on the next day.

The next day, while calling the help line you get this message saying they cant take any calls for the day because theyre having their earning results being real eased...

The other and main issue was a double booking that has occurred. The person I spoke to (Taylor was nice but seemed not trained) said she would talk to the manager.
Result: they sent me two emails I had never received with confirmation for both payments?!
