Do not recommend in Chicago

There needs to be a refund policy is you cant find the garage! First time the gps lead me to nowhere near a parking structure... I thought the maybe the lot closed down(?). Decided to give it another shot, 2 gps units couldnt find it (BMW and iPhone). I circled 3 times looking from some "hole in the wall" garage. Im paying full price from now on. I dont recommend this to anyone especially in downtown Chicago. Parkwhiz makes it clear they take no responsibility and they have no policy for refunds.
